El objetivo de esta consulta es recoger aportaciones de los gobiernos locales y regionales para preparar el próximo informe del Relator a la Asamblea General de Naciones Unidas, que se centrará en las cuestiones de discriminación relación con el derecho a una vivienda adecuada, incluidas las desigualdades espaciales y la segregación en entornos urbanos, rurales y urbano-rurales. El evento dará continuidad al trabajo previo llevado a cabo por la Comisión y CGLU en este contexto (vea la histórica declaración “Ciudades por la Vivieda Adecuada”).

Led by the UCLG Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights, with the UCLG Policy Councils

The aim of this consultation is to gather inputs from local and regional governments in preparation for the Rapporteur's next report to the UN General Assembly, which will focus on issues of discrimination in relation to the right to adequate housing, including spatial inequalities and segregation in urban, rural and urban-rural settings. The event will give follow-up to the previous work carried out by the Committee and UCLG in this context (see the landmark declaration “Cities for Adequate Housing”).

L'objectif de cette consultation est de recueillir les contributions des gouvernements locaux et régionaux afin de préparer le prochain rapport du Rapporteur à l'Assemblée générale de l’ONU, qui se concentrera sur les questions de discrimination en relation avec le droit au logement, y compris les inégalités spatiales et la ségrégation dans les milieux urbains, ruraux et urbains-ruraux.
