This session aims to explore how VLRs and VSRs can enhance urban basic service delivery. By focusing on the specific needs and challenges of local communities, the session will highlight best practices and successful strategies for using VLRs and VSRs to improve water management, waste treatment, and housing conditions. Participants will discuss the importance of inclusive and equitable service delivery, and how VLRS and VSRs can help local and regional governments make informed decisions that promote sustainable development, economic growth, and social equity.
