Opening Plenary of the UCLG 2024 Retreat, and Presentation of the Municipal Forecast 2024

The Opening Plenary of the 2024 UCLG Retreat will act as the opening course for the week. During the plenary, we will discuss the most important trends affecting the world in 2024, and the enlarged Presidency and members will debate on how they impact local and regional governments.
